Description:
Unrefined cocoa butter is a natural, pale yellow to ivory-colored fat extracted from cocoa beans and minimally processed to retain its natural aroma, flavor, and beneficial compounds. It has a characteristic mild chocolate scent and a firm, brittle texture at room temperature, melting smoothly at body temperature (around 34–38 °C). Because it is unrefined, it contains naturally occurring antioxidants and fatty acids (mainly oleic, stearic, and palmitic acids), making it highly nourishing and protective.
